I accidentally block my facebook profile image and that of my friends

Just go to Tools of your internet browser then go to Options then look for Content then look for Exceptions for Load images automatically then remove profile.ak.fbcdn.net from the block list then reload current pages, and all the images you are looking for will re-appear.
